Error: "XXXXXXX is not subscribed to the service provided by IntegrationGateway"
Issue

In Cloud Integration Gateway (CIG) I am getting the error below:

Ariba Network Response is :"Forbidden" and Error Code:"403" and Error Code Response:"Error:From XXXXXXX is not subscribed to the service provided by IntegrationGateway Please contact support with the Error Reference Number: ANERR-XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX for more details. Suggested Action : Document Failed in Ariba Network.For further assistance, please contact Ariba Support with the code mentioned in Response.CIG Support Error Code : CIG-PLT-00644

Resolution

The Ariba Network (AN) account does not have CIG enabled, to enable CIG please follow the steps below.

  1. Login to the AN account
  2. Click on the Administration tab
  3. Click Configuration
  4. Click Cloud Integration Gateway Setup
  5. Select the box next to Enable the Cloud Integration Gateway
Additional Information

Please make sure CIG Endpoint is not the default endpoint

Cause

CIG is not enabled.
