When you send documents(for example Purchase Order) to the external system from SAP Ariba you encounter the error: "Can’t parse the document, HTTP 200 OK" in SAP PI system.

This is due to an end point configuration issue at the external system, connection timeout or SAP Ariba Buying SOAP Faults lacking the SOAP Envelope attribute.

1. Follow SAP Note Support of WhiteSpaces in the SOAP Response on SAP PI(Process Integration) side.
2. Increase the job frequency on ERP so that it decreases the number of records fetched from Ariba and it can be completed within the timeout limit set in SAP PI.
3. For SAP Ariba Buying scenarios, it could be sending the SOAP Fault messages without the SOAP Envelope and SAP PI standard SOAP Adapter does not recognize the message format, refer KB0396883:How can we get the error message enclosed within envelope in web services?
