Why does my CIG Project changes are not applied to the runtime documents?

Why does the Cross Reference value data in my CIG Project not reflected in the outbound payload in my CIG Transaction Tracker?

Refer to the following steps to confirm the changes in CIG Project:

• Edit CIG Project.
• Click Next until the Confirm button appears.
• Click Confirm > Save and Close.

With the steps above, the CIG Project changes will be correctly deployed and the changes will be applicable at runtime.

• For a CIG Project with Status > In Testing, if you just click Save and Close without Confirm button, any changes done to the Project will not take affect at runtime.
• When the CIG Project is live with Status > In Production, there is no need to confirm the changes. Just Save and Close should work.
