How can I enable the Cloud Integration Gateway (CIG) in Ariba?

The Account Administrator can enable CIG by following the below steps:

Enabling Cloud Integration Gateway:

1. Ariba Procurement: Go to Manage > Core Administration > Integration Manager > Cloud Integration Gateway > Enable.
2. Ariba Sourcing: Go to Manage > Administration > Integration Manager > Cloud Integration Gateway > Enable.
3. Ariba Network (AN): Go to Administration > Configuration > Cloud Integration Gateway > Enable. (If you are not assigned with Cloud Integration Gateway Configuration and Cloud Integration Gateway Access by your admin, the cloud integration gateway option will not be displayed for you on Ariba Network. In this case, please contact your admin to assign these roles to you)

• Once enabled you will receive an email with the username [P user] and password to access CIG.
• If you are an existing CI customer you can also find more information regarding migrations from SAP Ariba Cloud Integration help portal.
• Do not change the URLs of the End-Points on the Outbound Integration tasks, e.g. Export Purchase Orders Asynchronously.
• To access CIG Portal, use the same path mentioned on the Answer section and click on the link that may display in Ariba sites as: Log in to SAP Ariba Cloud Integration Gateway or Visit the Cloud Integration Gateway
