Order Confirmations (OC) failing in SAP Integration Suite, Managed Gateway for Spend Management and SAP Business Network with below Error: org.apache.cxf.interceptor.Fault: Response was of unexpected text/html ContentType. Incoming portion of HTML stream: (none)

This error happens when ORDRSP message type is not configured in the SAP Partner profile configuration (WE20), IDOC Webservice was not activated in SAP.

Activate IDOC Webservice in SAP ERP if not activate by following steps below:

1. 1. Open the Transaction code SRTIDOC.
   2. Select the radio button Cancel Registration.
   3. Make sure URI SOAP Application urn:sap-com:soap:runtime:application:idoc has been updated
   4. Click Execute button.
   5. Select the Register Service radio button and click Execute.
   6. In above step make sure Call Address ( ICD Path ) updated with /sap/bc/srt/idoc

SAP Integration Suite Managed Gateway > Managed Gateway for Business Network
