Plant and payment term master data load is failing in Ariba Sourcing due to missing ARBCIG_FIELDMAP entries in ERP addon

Issue

Plant and payment term master data load is failing in Ariba upstream due to entries missing in ARBCIG_FIELDMAP table with the following error:

Fields VLFKZ for type ariba.masterdata.Plant are not matching with the schema.

Fields ZTAGG, ZDART, ZSMN1, ZSTG1, ZFAEL, ZMONA for type ariba.masterdata.PaymentTerms are not matching with the schema.

Resolution

Ensure all the below entries are available in table ARBCIG_FIELDMAP for the export of payment terms and plant master data.

If any of the above entries are not available, please manually maintain the entries to avoid the error.

Cause

Missing entries in ARBCIG_FIELDMAP table

Additional Information

The issue has been addressed from SP02 ERP ADDON ARBCI 10002 (SP2) version. Standard fix is available from SP05 onwards
