Documents from Ariba are failing in SAP Integration Suite, Managed Gateway for Spend Management and SAP Business Network with the error "org.apache.cxf.binding.soap.SoapFault: RABAX occurred on server side". Upon analyzing this we are able to see the documents coming to Cloud Connector but failing while posting to ERP system. On the ERP side, we are seeing dumps with the error CX_SOAP_SEQ_SCD_ERROR and the program CL_SOAP_QUEUE_BGRFC in transaction ST22.

The SoapFault will be caused due to different reasons. One of the reason is if the bgRFC configurations are not setup properly. Other possible root causes can be identified by investigating transactions ST22 or SRT_MONI.
