Why did I get an email about Scheduled Maintenance on SAP Business Network?

Answer

Notifications about maintenance or outages are sent to all account administrators or affected parties. You may also get emails regarding service interruptions that look similar to maintenance emails.

Additional Information
The sender's email address has been changed from aribanotes@ariba.com to sapcloudsupport@alerts.ondemand.com since Aug 1 2022.
A new SAP harmonized template will be used the same time.
