Why am I not receiving the activation email when registering as a supplier? Where can I find my activation email?

- Check your email for the activation email.
- Email might be in the spam folder.
- Email might be blocked by the internal firewall.
After registering your account, if you do not receive an activation email, please check the following:
- Make sure the email is not in the spam folder of your email program. The email subject line will read Action Required: Activate your account.
- Add ordersender-prod@ansmtp.ariba.com to the safe senders list in your email program to prevent future emails from routing to the spam folder.
- Your internal firewall might be blocking the delivery of the email. Contact your information technology (IT) team to make sure the firewall allows the delivery of the email.
You can resend the activation email by logging in with your username and password at https://service.ariba.com You can also try sending the email to a different address if you have more than one.
