Data import via ITK is not working or creating or deleting or updating records
Records are not being created/Updated/Deleted after running import job using Integration ToolKit (ITK).
The Data transfer tool (ITK) unzips folder(s) in the InDir before zipping and posting/importing the file(s) to Ariba.
Either of two things needs to be done:
- Zip the files and include them in the “InDir” folder before posting. The folder structure should look something like this: \\Server\Corporate\Ariba\InDir\FolderContainingFilesToBePosted.zip
- Include the files to be imported in a New Folder and place the new Folder in the “InDir” folder before posting the job because the ITK is meant to unzip the files and zip the files again before posting to Ariba. \\Server\Corporate\Ariba\InDir\NewFolder\FilesToBePosted.csv
