Quote Automation is an RFQ Automation tool for faster supplier identification and bid execution, with a seamless process that joins the power of ERP and Ariba Network together. It is sold as part of Commerce Automation to buyers.

Most of Quote Automation's features work through Ariba Discovery postings.

Quote Automation connects the buyer's ERP system directly to the Ariba Network. It does not work independently through an Ariba-hosted location.

Quote Automation replaced Spot Quote.

Quote Automation is enabled through a Buyer entitlement.
