SAP Ariba Readiness Feature Preview - Showing the logged-in buyer's RFQs

This feature allows the buyer to send the Ariba Network user information in the cXML. If that user information is available then the event is matched to the user and allows the user to filter on their RFQ.  Additionally, if the user contact information is populated we will display that to the supplier as well.
