SAP Ariba is in the final stages of migrating our existing Quadrem customers to the Ariba Network. All buyer and supplier customers must be fully migrated by product end-of-life on March 31, 2018. Otherwise, you will need to move your transactions to PO flip or paper invoicing.
For our BUYER Customers:
Your account management team will continue working with you to complete your migration as planned. Your assigned Customer Engagement Executive will remain your primary point of contact and will continue working with the SAP Ariba team to complete the transition.
If you have completed your migration with all Quadrem Network customers and it is a requirement for your business to have records of Quadrem transactions, please use the Download Documents option in SupplyCentre to download activity to make sure your documents are downloaded by March 31, 2018.
If you have not yet completed your migration to the Ariba Network, you will migrate in “communities” associated with each buyer. Each buyer is responsible for scheduling and communicating the migration date for your company. Once the migration process begins, a message will appear in SupplyCentre providing detailed information about the process.
If you are transacting on Quadrem Network through integration connections, your migration will be coordinated individually based on the buyer’s transition timeline. The SAP Ariba team will communicate directly with the supplier’s integration contacts to complete all migrations by March 31, 2018.
SAP Ariba has been working diligently over the last several years to bring Quadrem and Ariba Network together into a unified global platform. By joining forces, this platform will provide higher levels of efficiency and transparency to our Quadrem customers, along with new types of collaboration and insights available only in a broader, global networked model.
Over the course of 2017, SAP Ariba released final innovations, to support your transition from the Quadrem Network to the Ariba Network such as:
