Which parameter is needed for Real Time Budget Check (RTBC) to start working in requisitions?

Set parameter value for Application.Budget.StartDateToEnableRealTimeBudgetChecksInExternalSystems to the start date from which the parameter should take effect. The parameter follows the YYYY-MM-DD format.

Note: If you are not using budget checks with an external system or does not have the prerequisites,  then you may be requesting the Application.Budget.ActivationDate parameter which requires the same YYYY-MM-DD formatting.
