Which parameter is needed for Real Time Budget Check (RTBC) to start working in requisitions?

Set parameter value for Application.Budget.StartDateToEnableRealTimeBudgetChecksInExternalSystems to the start date from which the parameter should take effect. The parameter follows the YYYY-MM-DD format.

Once the parameter is enabled, the system will trigger the Real time budget call to ERP system for all the Purchase Requisitions during the Submit operation. The budget call cannot be restricted during the Submit with any configuration. But if the budget call to ERP can be restricted during the final approval with parameter Application.Budget.ExcludeRealTimeBudgetChecksOnFinalApproval. This parameter will restrict the revert call while canceling the Requisition. There will be no revert call to ERP once the parameter is enabled.

If you are not using budget checks with an external system or does not have the prerequisites, then you may be requesting the Application.Budget.ActivationDate parameter which requires the same YYYY-MM-DD formatting.
