SAP Ariba Readiness Feature Preview - Extension of Delivery Date Tolerance rule for Order Confirmation to regular suppliers

When the business rule "Apply line item delivery date tolerance to order confirmations" was implemented it was applied to CSC suppliers only. We are extending it to AN regular suppliers with this feature.
