How do I create an improvement or enhancement request?

To create an improvement request in the customer influence tool:

1. Sign in to SAP Ariba Connect.
2. Click Customer Influence > All Influence Opportunities.
3. Click an applicable project tile, such as SAP Ariba Procurement.
4. In the Overview section, click Submit Improvement.
5. Enter a title, choose one of the categories, and fill out the enhancement template.
6. Click Submit in the lower right corner to submit your new improvement request.

The customer influence tool allows you to enter improvement requests as well as view and vote on improvement requests from others.

As you type, the Similar Improvement requests section updates dynamically to show you existing improvement requests that might match your request.
If you see a match, click the link for the existing improvement request, and vote for the idea.
If you didn't find a matching improvement request, you can optionally add attachments, links, or tags to the right of the improvement request form.

SAP Ariba Connect's Customer Influence portal is only accessible to buyer companies and partners. SAP cannot submit or vote on improvement requests on behalf of its customers.
