How do I search Projects or Workspaces using Multiple IDs?
Question

How do I search projects or workspaces using multiple IDs?

Answer

By default, you cannot search for projects or workspaces with multiple IDs. If you would like to use this feature, have your Designated Support Contact (DSC) file a Case and an SAP Ariba Customer Support Representative will follow up to complete the request by enabling feature CF-7476.

With CF-7476 enabled, you can specify multiple project or contract IDs when searching for projects on the following pages:

Following Search Filters can be used for Multi-ID search:

Note: If you have a list of specific project or contract IDs, use the ID (Exact Match) or Contract ID (Exact Match) filter. The ID and Contract ID filters use a partial-match search, so searching for SYS100 matches all IDs that start with SYS100, such as SYS1001 and SYS1002.

You can specify multiple IDs in these filters, separated by spaces. You can also click the pop-up icon to open a pop-up that accepts multiple IDs separated by line breaks or spaces. For example: SYS100 SYS222 SYS999.

Limitations:

  1. Special characters (such as commas, periods, dashes, underscores, or ampersands) are not recognized as delimiters.
  2. The maximum number of IDs you can specify in a search filter is 10,000
