This enhancement allows the user manager to incorporate data from new providers for use in monitoring and evaluating supplier risk by entering licensing credentials from a provider into the SAP Ariba Supplier Risk system. Licensing credentials are procured independently by the customer, and each provider requires different credentials. For example, one provider might require a license key, while another might require a username and password.

This enhancement is enabled for all customers and ready for immediate use.

Prerequisites:

• You must have Supplier Risk Manager group membership to register a new provider license in the SAP Ariba Supplier Risk system.
• You must procure the necessary licensing credentials on your own by contacting the provider. You can find contact information for each provider on their provider information page.

This enhancement includes two new UI pages, as follows:

• The Content and Service Providers page displays the subscription-only providers with whom you can license.
  To reach this page, click User settings and configuration and then click Content and Service Providers.
  To view providers by risk type, click a type in the Risk type column, or click Risk type to view all types at once.
  Default providers displays the providers that are included by default in your SAP Ariba Supplier Risk installation.
  Active 3rd party providers displays the subscription-only providers you have already registered with.
  Available providers displays the subscription-only providers you have not yet registered with.
• Each 3rd party provider has a provider information page, which displays the provider name, logo, and domain, as well as contact information and a description of the provider.
  To reach a provider page, click the desired provider in the Default providers or Active 3rd party providers area of the Content and Service Providers page, or click View for a supplier in the Available providers area.
  For default providers, this page displays a green Enabled flag. For a subscription-only provider, a Settings area appears instead.
  If you do not currently use the displayed provider, the Settings controls allow you to register by entering the required licensing credentials.
  If you have already registered to use this provider:
  • a Disable button allows you to disable your subscription,
  • a Select Suppliers button opens a list of your suppliers, where you can select suppliers to submit for risk evaluation, and
  • the Settings area shows the expiration date of your subscription and includes an edit icon to edit your credentials if necessary.

1. Log in as a user with the Supplier Risk Manager group.
2. To find contact information for the desired provider, navigate to User settings and configuration --> Content and Service Providers and in the Available providers area, click the provider's View button.
3. Contact the provider you are interested it, and secure the necessary credentials. Different providers require different credentials.
4. Once you have the necessary credentials, log in again as a user with the Supplier Risk Manager group.
5. Navigate to User settings and configuration --> Content and Service Providers and in the Available providers area, click the provider's View button.
6. Click the edit icon or click Request, then enter your credentials.
7. To register, click Continue.
