1. Call 800-334-2255 (techsupport.gxs.com) m-f 8:30 - 5 est
2. Choose options that say 'innovis' 1 - 4
3. "want to set up a trading partner"
4. EDI ID: ARIBAEDI Qualifier: ZZ
5. Supplier Interchange ID & Qualifier & VAN
