Spend Visibility - OOTB Extractor

Could you please provide the standard extractor (OOTB) for Spend Visibility + Documentation ?
We do not have any out of box interface between SAP Ariba Spend Analysis and SAP ERP / BW
The only SAP integration information with SAP Ariba Spend Analysis is provided in the following link: https://support.ariba.com/item/view/113220?portal=ProductInfo
Please check the Ariba Spend Visibility Extraction Guide (SAP) under tool section. There you will find some mappings and some example Z reports
