Prevent a supplier from rejecting a Purchase Order  Ariba Network buyers can enable a new business rule to prevent suppliers from rejecting purchase orders at the header level. If this new business rule is enabled and a supplier can't fulfill an order, they must contact the buyer to request a change order. SAP Ariba Commerce Automation - Purchase Order Automation
Prevent suppliers from rejecting invoiced line items This order confirmation enhancement improves the validation logic behind rejecting line items or entire orders. With this enhancement, suppliers cannot reject:
• Line item quantities that have already been invoiced

Allow suppliers to reuse service sheet numbers, and limit the length of service sheet and invoice numbers Buyers can enable a new business rule to allow suppliers to reuse the numbers of service sheets that were rejected or that failed. To avoid data validation errors in their integrated ERP system, buyers can define the maximum length of the service sheet number and invoice number fields.    Ariba Network
Ship notice customization With this feature, customers can customize portions of the ship notice user interface and their ship notice CSV template with assistance from SAP Ariba Services.  Ariba Network
Ship notice cancellation This feature allows suppliers to cancel a previously submitted ship notice if the shipment cannot be made, in cases such as if the product is no longer available. A new ship notice can be submitted later.  Ariba Network
New routing options for receipts  This features allows communication to integrated suppliers that orders have changed to Partially Received or Received status, through the following routing options selected for receipts:
• Online (default) - Receipts are visible in the Ariba Network online Inbox.
• cXML – Receipts are visible in the Ariba Network online inbox, and the Ariba Network posts them to the supplier's cXML application on the web.
• Email – Ariba Network routes receipts to up to five email addresses.
• cXML Pending Queue – Receipts are visible in the online Inbox. The cXML application will poll Ariba Network for pending documents and download them.		 SAP Ariba Commerce Automation - Purchase Order Automation

Goods receipt report This report provides details of goods that have been received by the buyer. It will helps the supplier to identify and invoice received goods and services. Ariba Network
UNSPSC update for SAP Ariba Discovery The current UNSPSC code set currently in SAP Ariba Discovery is being updated to version 13.5 to make it the same code set used across the SAP Ariba solution suite.

Clickable url for each line-item With this feature, for each line-item, buyers can provide a clickable url for additional information such as specifications or documentation, which helps suppliers understand the requirements SAP Ariba Commerce Automation - Quote Automation
Header level comments for a request for quotation (RFQ) posting With this feature buyers can provide comments that apply to the complete RFQ posting such as instructions on how to bid.  Ariba Network light account capability Provides buyers with a quick and touchless way to onboard all their suppliers and eliminate manual transaction processes. This free, easy-to-use account allows suppliers to exchange an unlimited number of all basic documents types and lets suppliers choose if and when to upgrade to a full-use account.  Ariba Network
Supplier enablement online dashboard, segmentation and matching SAP Ariba now provides buyers with real-time supplier enablement information on a dashboard. The new dashboard enables buyers to view supplier enablement progress in the form of tiles and charts and take action on outstanding supplier enablement related tasks directly from the dashboard. Supplier segmentation functionality helps buyers to segment suppliers who qualify for full enablement based on chosen criteria and applied filters. Third-party logistics provider enhancements Ariba Network now allows buyers and suppliers to conduct logistics transactions online in the Ariba Network portal. Ariba Network buyers can view and manage transport requests and confirmations for local and international transactions. Logistics functionality is now offered as part of the Supply Chain Collaboration entitlement. Other enhancements include new ship notice fields related to logistics, sending copies of transport documents to suppliers involved in the transaction, and support for a logistics workflow in which the logistics provider moves goods from the supplier’s warehouse to the buyer’s warehouse.

Quality notification collaboration enhancements Several improvements have been made to quality notification functionality, including:
  • Ability to add business rules disallowing ship notice creation for items with open quality notifications
  • Ability to create or update quality notifications with multiple parts/batches

Order collaboration enhancement for goods receipt-based invoice verification This feature enables buyers to transfer invoice verification instructions and provide ship notice reference visibility in goods receipt documents. It also provides enhancements of receipt statuses in ship notices.
