How do I unlink a Supplier's User and unlink Supplier Organization ANID?

Members of the Customer Administration or SM Operations Manager group can unlink Users and Organizations from Vendors. To obtain the details of the vendor user (with Public status) to be unlinked from the organization:

1. In the dashboard, click Manage > Administration.
2. Click Supplier and Customer Manager > Users.
3. Find the vendor user you want to unlink.
4. Copy the unique username from the User ID field in the search results or from the Username field on the user details page.

To obtain the associated ANID in the vendor organization to be unlinked:

1. In the dashboard, select Manage > Administration > User Manager > Organizations.
2. Search by organization name.
3. Click the organization name to open the vendor information.
4. Go to the Organization IDs tab.
5. Copy the ANID that appears next to the networkid domain.

To unlink a supplier user from the organization:

1. In the control panel, click Manage > Administration.
2. Click Network Account Link Manager > Unlink Supplier User.
3. Paste the supplier username copied in the previous steps and click Search.
4. Verify the supplier user details and click Unlink.
5. Click OK to confirm the unlinking.

Once the user is unlinked, the user ID status will change from Public to Private. Be sure to unlink all users with a Public status.

To unlink the supplier organization's ANID:

1. In the control panel, click Manage > Administration.
2. Click Network Account Link Manager > Unlink Supplier Organization.
3. Paste the supplier organization's ANID copied in the previous steps and click Search.
4. Verify the supplier organization's ANID details and click Unlink.
5. Click OK to confirm the unlinking.

Once you have unlinked the user ID and ANID, remember to resend the invitation email to the site. To do this, go to: Manage > Administration > Supplier and Customer Manager > Users, find the supplier user you wish to invite, select the search result, and click Generate Password.
