What is the Data Dictionary and how do I access it?

The Data Dictionary is a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet that contains templates for each import file available to you.  The Data Dictionary generates at the time you click the download link and contains up-to-date descriptions of all available fields at the time of access.

To download the Data Dictionary:

1. Go to Core Administration.
2. Click  Data Import / Export.
3. Click the link near the top of the page labelled Download Data Dictionary.  The web page may appear blank while the Data Dictionary generates for downloading.

Once you have the Data Dictionary open, the last tab of the Excel document lists links for each import and export task.
