Why did I receive a response email with below error after trying to approve/deny a task via e-mail? Error:
Could not process message. You must be an active user to have approve permission
The email approval above appears when the Active Approver of the task using email is currently inactive in the system.
In order to resolve the issue, please follow either of the below two solutions:
S2C Administration > S2C Administration Dashboards
Zentrale Beschaffung > Zentrale Administration > Ariba-Administrator-Dashboards
