How do I remove or delete supplier contacts, supplier organizations, buyer organizations or enterprise users from the system?
Once the users and organizations are created they cannot be deleted, they can just be deactivated.
To deactivate a buyer user or organization:
- Click Manage > Administration (or Core Administration, in case the realm is suite integrated).
- Click User Manager > Users or Organizations.
- Search for the User or Organization > Actions > Deactivate.
To deactivate an SIPM organization or user:
- Click Manage > Administration.
- Click Supplier and Customer Manager > Organizations or Users.
- Search for the Organization or the User> Actions > Deactivate.
To deactivate an SLP organization or user:
- Click Manage > SM Administration.
- Click Data import or export > File type: Suppliers or Supplier contacts > Click Export, then download the file.
- In the file, keep only the header and the Supplier or Contact you want to deactivate.
- In the column Active, change its value to false and save the file.
- In Data import or export > File type: Suppliers or Supplier contacts > Click Choose file > select the file > Click Upload.
