How to remove or delete supplier contacts, supplier organizations, buyer organizations or enterprise users from the system?

Answer

Once the users and organizations are created it cannot be deleted. However, each of them can be deactivated.

Additional Information

To deactivate a buyer user or organization, go to Manage> Administration (or Core Administration, in case your realm is suite integrated)> User Manager> Users or Organizations> search for the user or organization you want to deactivate> Actions> Deactivate.

To deactivate supplier user or organization, go to Manage> Administration> Supplier and Customer Manager> Users or Organizations> click Search Supplier and Customers if you select Organizations> search for the supplier> Actions> Deactivate.

Please note that, if you have Supplier Life Cycle and Performance (SLP) in your site, you must also deactivate the supplier in SM Administration. Steps: Manage> SM Administration> Data import or export > File type: Suppliers or Supplier contacts (depending on what you want to deactivate:Suppliers for supplier organization and Supplier contacts for contacts).
