How do I save a PDF copy of my purchase order or invoice?

To save your invoice as a PDF file:

1. Open the invoice.
2. Click Download PDF.
3. Select Standard Template or Enhanced Invoice PDF.
4. Select a location to save the PDF file, and click Save.

To save your purchase order as a PDF file:

1. Open the order.
2. Click  .
3. Select Download PDF.

By default, the PDF filename is the order number.

The PDF includes the same information that is included when you choose Print > Print All Details for the order.
