How do I speed up notification testing and force batch emails to send now?

You can send batch emails manually by running the appropriate scheduled task manually:

• Access Manage > Administration.
• Click Site Manager > Scheduled Tasks.
• Search for the Schedule Pending Email Notifications task.
• Click Run.

When testing email notifications, some of the notifications are considered batch email notifications. This means emails of the same type of notification are combined into one batch email that is scheduled to send the same day. Batch emails are sent once a day around roughly 4:30 AM or PM EST, depending on your specific site.

For Expiration and Notice Email Notifications, ensure that the workspace is in Published status, otherwise it will not meet the criteria to send the notification. Also, make sure the required fields are being calculated to send the notification the day you click Run.
