How do I upload or download an approver lookup table?
You can upload an approver lookup table by taking the following steps:
- Click Manage > Core Administration.
- Click Customization Manager > Approval Process Lookup Tables.
- On the CSV Files tab, click the radio button next to the file you want to upload
- Click Upload to Server.
- Click Browse to locate and select the file on your computer.
- Make sure that the name of the lookup table that you are uploading matches the exact name of the file in the site (excluding the data in front of the name). Otherwise, the data may not be updated appropriately.
- Click Run to upload the new file.
You can download an approver lookup table by taking the following steps:
- Click Manage > Core Administration.
- Go to Customization Manager > Approval Process Lookup Tables.
- On the CSV Files tab, click the radio button next to the file you want to download.
- Click Download to Client.
- Select your desired location, and save the file.
