How do I verify that my browser security settings allow for exporting reports?
In your Microsoft Internet Explorer browser:
- Click Tools > Internet Options.
- Access the Advanced tab.
- Scroll down until you see the HTTP 1.1 settings, and select both options.
- Scroll to the Security section, and select both SSL 2.0 and SSL 3.0. (TLS 1.0 must be unchecked.)
- Access the Security tab.
- Click the Custom Level button.
- Scroll to the Use Pop-Up Blocker section, and disable this option. (On the Privacy tab, another setting for pop-up blockers appears. Keep this option selected.)
- Make sure all ActiveX settings are enabled.
- Click OK to confirm your changes.
After you take these steps, restart your browser, and try to export the report again.
