To manage exchange rates:

1. While editing the event, click Rules and scroll to the Exchange Rates section.
2. Select the radio button next to one of the exchange rate sets.
   Note: You cannot edit the default currency conversion rates in this section.
3. Click Edit or Add to update or create a new exchange rate set.
4. Use the following action buttons and fields to configure the exchange rate set:
   
   
   • Remove: Remove a currency conversion rate.
   • Add: Add a new currency conversion rate. Update the From Currency, To Currency, and Rate fields.
   • Add from System Set: Copy a currency conversion rate from the default rate set. Update the Rate field, if necessary.
   • Translations: Enter translations for one or more languages.
   • Effective Date: The date from which the exchange rate set is valid.
   • Expiry Date: The date until which the exchange rate set is valid.
     
     
5. Click OK.

You can use the table options menu icon within the exchange rate set to export the values to a Microsoft Excel file.

Can I delete an exchange rate set? How to delete exchange rate sets?

Per current design, you cannot delete an exchange rate set after you create it.

If you access Manage -> Event Manager -> Exchange Rates, you will see that there is no option to delete the Exchange Rate sets.

An exchange rate set defines a collection of currency mappings for a given time period. The rate formula is the following:
