How do I see SAP Ariba applications in a different language?

The language you see on your SAP Ariba account is based on your account Default language and the language settings in your internet browser.

The user has to follow the below steps to change the language settings in SAP Ariba Application

1. Sign in to your account.
2. Click on your user name initials on the right-hand top corner.
3. Select the option Change Default Locale and Currency in the dropdown.
4. Set the Locale and Default Currency to the desired language and currency.
5. Click on OK.
6. Then Logout from your account.

Please clear the browser history and cookies then change the browser language preferences as below.

Using Internet Explorer:

1. Click Tools > Internet Options > Languages.
2. In the Language Preference window, click Add to add the desired language.
3. Select the language to add and click OK.
4. This language will need to be placed at the top of the list using the Move up button. 
5. Click OK and click OK again from the Internet Options window.

Using Mozilla Firefox:

1. Click Tools > Options > Content >  Languages > Choose.
2. Select the language you want and click Add.
3. This language will need to be placed at the top of the list using the Move up button. 
4. Click OK and click OK again from the Options window.

Using Google Chrome:

1. Click the options menu in the upper right corner, and choose Settings.
2. Click Show advanced settings.
3. In the Languages section, click Language and input settings.
4. Click Add.
   Choose the language you want, and click OK.
5. Drag this language to the top of the list, and click Done.
6. Close the options tab.

Once done close your browser and reopen it for the changes to take effect,then Sign in your account to view the changes.

If the language you select is not supported by SAP Ariba, it defaults to English.

If necessary, please ask your internal IT team for assistance in changing your browser's language settings.

Your browser languages does not change the language you specify for email notifications.
