How do I know if I'm exempt from SAP Business Network fees?

Your company needs to meet two requirements to be exempt from paying Transaction Service fees:

1. Have one of the following certifications uploaded to your company profile:
   • HUBZone Certified or 8(a) Certified
   • Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB) registered with the Small Business Administration
   • Women-Owned Business certified by WBENC (Women's Business Enterprise National Council) or NWBOC (National Women Business Owner's Corporation)
   • Minority-Owned Business certified by NMSDC or Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB) registered with the Small Business Administration
2. Your customer in Ariba needs a public institution related to the following:
   
   • Federal government
   • State government or state universities
   • Local government
   • Non-profit organizations, as certified by the IRS 501(c)(3) definition

You are exempt from subscription fees related to this particular customer. The other customers are still going to have fees applied to their relationships with your company.
