Issue

When loading the legacy zip file the following error returns.

You do not have a published template named <Template Name>, so the system cannot load this ZIP file.

Resolution

First verify the template you would like to associate the legacy import in an Active or Published status and has no visibility conditions applied to it.

Verify the title of the template as listed in the site is entered exactly in the TemplateName column of the ImportProjectsParameters.csv.

Load the legacy ZIP file again.

Cause

The template is not in an Active or Published state or it has visibility conditions applied to it. Or, the value in the ImportProjectsParameters.csv file is not an exact match (fields in legacy import files are case sensitive) to the template name in the site.
