What is a user license and how can I export a user license report and check the license usage limit?
The user license refers to the number of users and project owners allowed in your site by your contract with Ariba.
In this context, a user represents an individual employee or contractor who is provided with access to perform activities in your site. An administrator is not a user, unless that individual also performs the functions available to users.

To review contract chargeable users as a project owner, export the report to Microsoft Excel and filter unique values by the All Owners > User column.
You can review these numbers and compare them to your usage limits outlined on your order form. SAP employees do not count against your contractual license limits, but third-party consultants do count toward the user license number.
