Why am I unable to find a catalog?
If Ariba manages all of your catalogs (the Application.Catalog.FullyCustomerAdministered parameter is set to No), or if Ariba manages that particular catalog (the Allow Customer to Administer setting in the catalog file is set to No), the catalog does not appear in the Catalog Manager > Catalogs section.
If your company wants to self-manage all catalogs, one of your company's Designated Support Contacts must create a Case with Ariba Customer Support to request a change to the aforementioned parameter.
To confirm the setting of Allow Customer to Administer on a catalog, take the following steps:
