How do I add suppliers to a supplier group?

Answer

You can add suppliers to a supplier group by following the below steps:

  1. In your Ariba Network account, click Supplier Enablement > Supplier Groups
  2. Click on the supplier group name
  3. Click Add Members
  4. Enter the supplier's search criteria and click Search
  5. Check the box to the left of the supplier and click OK
  6. On the Confirm Operation screen, click Yes
Additional Information

You cannot add suppliers to more than one supplier group. If you want to add a specific supplier to a new supplier group, ensure you remove their record from the previous supplier group they were in prior to this operation, otherwise they won't appear in the supplier search to be added.
