Why can I not delete a Requisition in Composing status?

This happens when:

• You are not part of the Customer Administrator group
• The user who created the document is inactive
• The user you are acting as is not the Preparer of the document
• Another user is currently editing the document
• The Requisition is created from an ACM project like a Contract Workspace Document (CW). Such Requisitions do not have a Delete button on them and deleting from Requisition search screen will throw the below error. Such requisitions can only be archived since the requisitions would still contain a reference in the ACM Project from which they were created.
  Error deleting PR3825: You can't delete an approvable that is referenced by ACM.
• If the requisition version was created due to errors from Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system (ERP Push errors), and the previous version is partially Ordered or Cancelled, you are not allowed to delete the requisition. You can only move forward with the requisition. Please refer to Why was a Requisition set back to Composing with ERP push errors even when it has an Order ID?
