Punch Out Catalog connection fails with error: "Error: 'The sender credentials cannot be authenticated'" while testing a PunchOut catalog in test

Cause
You must verify the credentials being passed in the PunchOutSetupRequest, and your validations must be updated to accept the PunchOutSetupRequest.
Resolution
The Sender credential within the PunchOutSetupRequest from the SAP Business Network must contain the SAP Business Network ID (ANID).
