How do I update email recipients for an existing scheduled report?

Answer

To change email recipients for an existing scheduled report:

  1. Select Manage > Administration.
  2. Access the Reporting Manager > Scheduled Reports section.
  3. Search for the report to update.
  4. Click the link for the report in the Schedule column.
  5. Update the Recipient users or Recipient email addresses.
  6. Click Save.

These changes take effect the next time the scheduled report runs.
