When using the Excel Import function, the supplier receives the following error. I received an error when importing my excel

"Error while processing the cell on row [Row Number] and column 'Answer' on the sheet [Sheet Name] Enumeration Value Validation Failed."

The value of the cell or response type are not in the correct format or the cells may have been edited

To correct the issue:

1. Remove the answer from the named cell
2. Remove the answer from the cell directly above and directly below
3. For example: if the named cell is in row 4, remove the answers from rows 3, 4, and 5
4. You should then be able to import the file without receiving the error
5. You can fill out the remaining answers for these questions on the site itself
