Error message being shown when publishing a catalog:

Classification code UNSPSC xxxxxxxx is not known.

Make sure the commodity codes you specify in your catalog are valid, and re-upload the catalog file.

The commodity code you entered for the item is not valid for the current United Nations Standard Products and Services Code (UNSPSC) version.

You might receive this error message even after mapping a valid UNSPSC code for the Catalog Information Format (CIF). This happens when the UNSPSC code mapped in the catalog file is not supported in your customer's procurement application. Because of this, the catalog file fails validation in your customer's application. In this case, you need to update your UNSPSC codes to the version used by your customer. You can find valid UNSPSC values on the UNSPSC website.
