How do I navigate through the Checklist to submit my response?

You navigate through the Checklist on the left side of the event by clicking each step in numerical order.

Here are a few guidelines about the Checklist:

• Your current step is outlined with a vertical blue bar on the left.
• When you first access an event, the Review Event Details step appears.
• Review and Accept Prerequisites is the second step in the Checklist. You access this step by clicking the link in the Checklist or by clicking the blue Review Prerequisites button at the top of the page. You cannot access the Submit Response step at this point.
• In the Review and Accept Prerequisites step, you answer any questions and click OK to submit.
• Some events can also require you to select and submit Lots. If you see this option, click the blue Select Lots, select the lot(s) concerned, click Submit Selected Lots.
• In the Submit Response step, which is the final step in the Checklist, you provide your answers to any questions created by the buyer.

When finished, click Submit Entire Response to transmit your answers to the buyer. Click OK to confirm that you are ready to submit.

If all required fields are completed, you will receive the following confirmation message:

Your response has been submitted. Thank you for participating in the event.

The previous steps are specific to a basic event where you do not have to select lots on which to bid. The event you are responding to might have steps that are not included in this example.

Once you have already accepted the prerequisites and selected the lots, if you access the event again, you'll land in the Submit Bids tab.
