My PunchOut catalog fails during testing with the following error message:

Cannot parse XML response.

Some possible causes are the following:

• The time stamp is formatted incorrectly.
• The DOCTYPE element is missing from the Commerce Extensible Markup Language (cXML) PunchOut setup response.

For example, here is a response that contains both these errors:

Ensure you consider the following in your PunchOut setup response:

• The time stamp attribute must be formatted as: 2011-11-21T12:59:09-07:00
• The DOCTYPE element must be present.
