Why is the From name in approval and review email notifications not reflecting the value configured in the Application.Base.NotificationFromNameKey parameter?

When the Application.Base.EmailApprovalEnabled parameter is enabled to allow users to approve documents via email, the approval notification is sent from a different email address than standard site notifications. The email typically comes from an address like Email Approval [buyerapproval-prod+companyname@ansmtp.ariba.com], where companyname corresponds to your site’s URL (e.g., http://companyname.procurement.ariba.com).This behaviour is intentional, as email-based approvals require a specific sender address and subject line format to ensure that the approval or rejection is correctly processed by the system and reflected in the associated document.

When the Application.Base.EmailApprovalEnabled parameter is disabled, the From name in approval and review email notifications reflects the value configured in the Application.Base.NotificationFromNameKey parameter.

It's important to note that review task email notifications follow the same behavior as approval emails when the Application.Base.EmailApprovalEnabled parameter is enabled.
