How do I delete an erroneous bid in a live auction in Ariba Sourcing?

You would have submitted a bid/offer incorrectly.

In order to delete the incorrect bid/offer that you submitted, follow the steps below.

1. Contact Ariba Support and inform them that your case refers to a Sourcing Event that will end in the next 60 minutes.
2. You will then be forwarded to the MIS (Market Integrity Specialist) team
3. A specialist will confirm your information and will delete this offer/bid for you.

NOTE: Once the buyer is part of the EDM (Event Day Management), this deletion can only be done by the MIS team.
