How to submit / update my supplier registration questionnaire?
How to submit / update my Supplier Registration Questionnaire (SRQ)?
- Sign in at https://proposals.seller.ariba.com.
- In the customer tab, click Supplier Registration Questionnaire.
- If you are updating your answer, you will need to click Revise Response > OK.
- Complete and/or update all mandatory information.
- (Optional) You can click Save draft in order to save your answers/changes.
- Click Submit Entire Response once the questionnaire is complete.
Ensure to submit your questionnaire within the provided timeline. At the beginning the questionnaire is generally open for 1 month. After you submit it and it is accepted by the buyer the questionnaire generally would reopen for a longer period of time for you to provide updates, if any.
- You can only submit or update, if the questionnaire is in Open or Pending Resubmit status.
- If your questionnaire is Closed it means you have missed the submission deadline. Please contact directly your customer to request to reopen it.
- If the status is Pending Approval your customer must approve or request more information in your previous submission before you can submit an update.
- If the status is Registration Denied, it means that your customer has denied your registration. You may want to contact directly your customer to ask for explanations and any further step to follow.
