How do I find which users are accessing Ariba solutions through unsupported browsers?
You can search for users who are using unsupported browsers by following these steps:
- Go to the administration page by performing one of the following actions:
- If your organization uses only Ariba Strategic Sourcing and Contract Management Solutions, select Manage > Administration.
- In all other sites, select Manage > Core Administration.
- Go to User Manager > Users.
- Click Add/Remove Search Filters.
- Select Browser Is Supported and Last Browser Used.
- Click OK.
- In the Browser Is Supported field, select No. (Entering No in this field finds users who used an unsupported browser the last time they logged in to Ariba solutions).
- (Optional) In the Last Browser Used field, enter the name of a browser, such as Chrome. (You can include a version number, too. For example, you can search for Chrome 47).
- Click Search.
When the browser is unsupported, the Last Browser Used column under user search result will be blank. As per the design only supported browser names will be printed.
