What should I do if my prerequisite response is rejected by a buyer?

When your sourcing buyer rejects your prerequisite response, you are able to revise your response and submit a new answer on the Review and Accept Prerequisite step of the event.

There is an automated email notification sent to you when your answer is rejected. The buyer can provide a comment to explain the action. If you have any doubts about the rejection, please contact your buyer directly using the event message board.
