Whenever a request for quotation (RFQ) is created from Guided Buying and suppliers submit bids, the event is awarded automatically once it moves to Pending Selection status, so buyers cannot create a scenario manually and award a specific supplier.

Edit the sourcing event template used to create the RFQs from GB and change the Specify the bid information to send to ERP rule from Lead bid only to Manual selection.

When the rule Specify the bid information to send to ERP rule is set to Lead bid only the system will create a scenario and award the supplier who submitted the lead bid automatically once the event moves to Pending Selection status.
